Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp, the leader in avionics test equipment, has released its newest Test Set; The TR-100 TACAN Test Set. Designed for ease of use and precise measurement capabilities, the TR-100 Ramp Test Set is capable of conducting full functional checks of A/A (Air to Air), G/A (Ground to Air), A/A BCN (Air to Air Beacon), and Inverse modes for each of the 126 X/Y TACAN channels. 

Operators can select from a wide range of variable parameters to customize aircraft flight path scenarios. A built in attenutor for Direct Connect measurements of power, sensitivity, and frequency is standard and a Omni-Antenna interconnect for quick accurate tests of TACAN equipment.

The TR-100 contains preprogrammened Pass/Fail criteria, a built in universal power supply/charger (100 to 240VAC, 50 to 400Hz) and a large easy to see backlit LCD Display. Versatile, rugged, and a simple to use unit, the TR-100 will quickly become a universal standard.
